Once you watch the prerecorded curriculum, complete the assessments, and turn in the required assignments, you'll walk away from The Empath Academy Lightworker Certification with 3 separate coaching certifications which include:

• Self Love Coach Certification from The Empath Academy
• Energy Worker Certification from The Empath Academy
• Trauma-Informed Practitioner from The Empath Academy

In addition, your name will be permanently listed on The Empath Academy website directory of certified Lightworkers.

When you complete The Empath Academy Lightworker Certification, you will be able to call yourself a "Certified, Trauma-Informed Life Coach, Energy Worker, and Lightworker."

As social proof, your name will be permanently displayed on The Empath Academy Certified Lightworker Directory.

There is currently no licensing in place for life coaching or energy working in the USA. You do not need a license to practice coaching or energy work.

The coaching accreditation boards that currently exist focus on corporate coaching and do not recognize the other healing modalities included in this program as being a part of their accreditation.

Rather than omit the powerful energetic practices that we teach in The Lightworker Certification so we can fit into a corporate mold, we have chosen to forgo accreditation until an option that includes spiritual, energetic, and heart-centered modalities becomes available (and when it does, we will be the first to enroll). 

The beauty of the coaching and energy working industry is that success is based on experience, client results, and social proof, rather than licenses and accreditations. In this program, we will teach you how to achieve powerful results, which is the most important credential that a coach or energy worker can have. 

Natalie Grospitch and Cricket Enos have both been in the coaching and energy healing industry for over a decade each. 

Natalie has a degree in Art Therapy and Psychology from Mercyhurst University and has been a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher for over 10 years. She is a certified Life and Success Coach, Reiki Master, Neuro-Linguistics Programming Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, TIME Technique Practitioner, and Neuro-Energetics Practitioner through The Belief Co Coaching Method.

Cricket Enos

Yes. The prerecorded lessons are on an online course portal and the live calls take place on Zoom. All calls are recorded, so you can request the replay if you are unable to attend live. 

Upon enrollment, you have an entire year to complete the 3 certifications. Some Lightworkers complete the certifications in 2 to 3 months, then use their remaining time in the program to receive business support on the group calls. Others take the entire year to complete the certification and use the group calls for personal support and motivation. It is up to you to decide how you would like to pace your progress and how you would like to utilize the year of group support that you have access to. 

Here is the approximate time required to complete all 3 of the certifications: 

• 12 pre-recorded modules: 36 hours total (speed can be adjusted)
• 3 assessments and bonus assignments: 8 hours total
• 4 90-minute 1:1 calls with your Shamanic Guide: 6 hours total 
• 10 recorded demo videos: 10 hours total
• 1 weekly group call per week: 1 hour (optional)

Total time required: approximately 60 hours 

Although it is a 90-day program, we understand that life happens, so you have 6 months to complete the program.

We offer extension packages for Empaths who need more time in the program or who want additional support

Absolutely not. Perfection is just an illusion. Lightworking is about honesty, authenticity, and supporting those who are a few steps behind you.
